Privacy Policy for Mobile Applications

JAEHYUN KIM ("Developer", also known as "beeefriends" or "studiowacky") is committed to protecting the privacy of users ("User" or "you") who use our mobile applications (the "Apps") and related services (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies globally to all mobile applications developed and published by the Developer on various app marketplaces.

1. No Server-Side Data Collection

The Developer does NOT collect, store, or share any of your personal data on any external server. All data generated within the Apps (settings, logs, and user inputs) is stored strictly within the Local Database (Local DB) of your own mobile device.
If you delete the App, clear the app data, or lose/reset your device, your local data may be permanently lost. The Developer does not have the ability to back up or recover your local data.

2. Third-Party Services and SDKs

To provide stable services, process in-app purchases, and optimize performance, the Apps integrate or may integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These third-party providers may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information, such as Advertising Identifiers (ADID/IDFA), device model, OS version, and app usage logs.

The third-party services utilized in our Apps include:

Google Play Services & Apple App Store Infrastructure: Core app execution and store services.
Google AdMob / AppLovin (MAX) / Unity Ads (LevelPlay): Serving personalized or non-personalized mobile advertisements and ad mediation.
RevenueCat: Validating and managing in-app purchases and subscription statuses.
Google Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics: Real-time crash reporting and basic usage statistics.
Mixpanel / Amplitude / Aptabase: Analyzing user behavioral events and feature usage statistics.
Meta (Facebook) SDK: Measuring marketing performance and ad optimization.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since the Developer does not collect or store any personal data on a server, we do not retain your data. Any data collected by the third-party SDKs listed in Section 2 is retained and deleted in accordance with the respective third-party provider's privacy policy.

4. International Users Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

We respect your privacy rights under global regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data tracking at any time. You can manage your preferences via the in-app consent form (Google UMP) or your device settings.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for monetary value. Any data processed via third-party SDKs is solely for necessary business and operational purposes (e.g., serving ads, analytics, and subscription validation).
Opt-Out Instructions: You can restrict or opt-out of ad tracking and device identifier collection by adjusting your mobile device settings:
- Android: Settings → Security & Privacy → Privacy → Ads → Reset or Delete Advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided data through our integrated third-party SDKs, please contact us immediately.

6. Security

While we do not host user databases on external servers, we secure our development environments, source codes, and API keys through industry-standard practices, including machine encryption and secure access controls.

모바일 어플리케이션 개인정보 처리방침

개발자 JAEHYUN KIM(회사명: 비프렌즈[beeefriends], 닉네임: 스튜디오와키[studiowacky], 이하 “개발자”라 함)은 개발자가 제공하는 모바일 어플리케이션(이하 “앱”) 및 관련 제반 서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 이용하는 이용자님의 개인정보를 매우 중요하게 생각하며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하기 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보처리방침을 두고 있습니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 개발자가 출시하여 각 앱 마켓에 등록한 모든 모바일 앱 서비스에 공통 적용됩니다.

제1조 (개인정보의 처리목적 및 수집 항목)

개발자가 자체적으로 서버를 통해 수집, 저장, 활용하는 이용자의 개인정보는 일체 없습니다. 서비스 내 모든 데이터는 이용자가 사용하는 스마트기기 내부의 로컬 데이터베이스(Local DB)에만 저장됩니다.
본 서비스는 안정적인 서비스 제공, 인앱 결제 및 구독 관리, 광고 게재, 마케팅 성과 측정, 그리고 서비스 개선(오류 및 이용 행태 통계 분석)을 위해 아래와 같은 제3자(타사 SDK) 서비스 제공업체의 모듈을 포함하거나 추후 포함할 수 있습니다. 해당 모듈이 실행되는 과정에서 광고식별자(ADID/IDFA), 기기 정보, 앱 이용 로그 등이 자동으로 수집 및 전송될 수 있습니다.

제2조 (타사 서비스 제공업체의 개인정보 처리방침 링크)

수집된 정보는 해당 제3자 서비스 제공업체의 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 관리되며, 개발자는 이 데이터에 직접 접근하거나 임의로 제어할 권한이 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 각 사의 최신 개인정보 처리방침 링크를 참조하시기 바랍니다.

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간)

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 서버에 보유하지 않으므로, 개발자가 별도로 보유하는 이용자의 개인정보 보유기간은 존재하지 않습니다.
제1조에 명시된 타사 SDK 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 각 서비스 제공업체의 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 정의된 보유 및 파기 기간을 따릅니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하고 있지 않습니다. 단, 제1조에 언급된 바와 같이 원활한 서비스 제공(광고, 결제 관리, 데이터 분석)을 위해 타사 외부 SDK를 앱 내에 탑재하여 활용하고 있습니다.

제5조 (개인정보처리의 위탁)

개발자는 서비스 인프라 제공 및 고도화된 기능 구현을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 외부에 위탁(SDK 탑재 형태)하고 있습니다.

수탁자 (위탁받는 자): Google LLC, AppLovin Corporation, Unity Technologies, RevenueCat, Inc., Mixpanel, Inc., Amplitude, Inc., Aptabase Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc.
위탁하는 업무의 내용: 모바일 광고 게재 및 광고 미디에이션 운영, 인앱 결제 및 구독 상태 인증, 앱 오류 분석, 마케팅 성과 측정 및 유저 이용 행태 통계 분석

제6조 (정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사방법)

이용자는 언제든지 본인의 스마트기기에서 앱을 삭제함으로써 서비스 이용을 중단하고 기기 내부(로컬)에 저장된 데이터를 직접 파기할 수 있습니다.
광고식별자 수집 및 이를 활용한 맞춤형 광고 게재를 원치 않으시는 경우, 제7조에 안내된 방법에 따라 기기 설정을 통해 언제든지 이를 차단하고 거부할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부에 관한 사항)

개발자는 서비스 이용 과정에서 맞춤형 광고 제공 및 서비스 분석을 위해 광고식별자(ADID/IDFA)를 활용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 이를 원치 않는 경우 아래의 경로를 통해 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다.

Android: 설정 → 보안 및 개인정보 보호 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 → 광고 ID 재설정 또는 광고 ID 삭제
iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → "앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용" 해제 또는 각 앱의 추적 권한 비활성화

제8조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보조치)

개발자는 자체적으로 별도의 회원 정보나 개인정보 데이터베이스를 구축하여 수집·저장하지 않으나, 개발 환경 및 개발용 단말기의 보안 유지를 통해 소스코드 및 외부 연동 키(Key) 보안을 유지하고자 다음과 같은 최소한의 기술적·관리적 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

개발용 단말기 및 개인 개인컴퓨터(PC)의 암호화 및 비밀번호 설정
백신 프로그램 설치 및 실시간 감시 기능 활성화

본 개인정보처리방침의 내용 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 시에는 개정 최소 7일 전부터 서비스 내 공지 또는 개발자가 운영하는 웹페이지(Notion, GitHub 등)를 통해 고지할 것입니다.
